    Let’s ring in 2019 as we mean to go on We will set some intentions and manifest what you want, rather than more of what you don’t want, next year.

    For those of you planning on not having too much to drink please join me on New Years Day for a grounding and energising vinyasa practice.

    Usual set up of 90 minutes practice, herbal tea, nibbles and chats, then an extended yoga nidra.
