    If you like to celebrate the turn of the year with mouthwatering food, then come and dine on our 7 course celebration taster menu!

    Amuse Bouche:
    Goats cheese panna cotta

    Starter:
    Hickory smoked baby beetroot with wilted beetroot leaves and a beetroot reduction

    Fish course:
    Lemon sole and crab paupiette with wilted spinach and Veronique sauce

    Refresher:
    Mango and passion fruit sorbet and toasted coconut

    Main:
    Lamb with dauphinoise potato, baby carrots, baby parsnips and red wine and rosemary jus

    Dessert:
    Millionaires cheesecake with caramel ice cream and chocolate shards

    Coffee and petit fours

    We will be offering an optional wine package, with a carefully selected menu of wines to complement each course for just 12pp.
