These roses are a fabulous technique. The outer is knitted in the round, then the inner is picked up and knitted later. They are supper easy and a great way of trying knitting in the round if you haven’t done it before.
You will need a set of DPNs (double pointed needles) and maybe a pair of straight needles. In any size from a 3.00mm to a 4mm. The central stem is a straight knitting needle I use old ones, and don’t worry I have loads of them!
The cost to make one of these is just 5.00 includes yarn, pattern, an old knitting needle and a brew, of course!
