    A class for all ages and abilities, to suit both those new to Yoga and those with some experience who prefer a more active practice. This mindful Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilise the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates more complex postures, flowing sequences, breathing techniques and a led relaxation.
