This workshop is to give you some insight into the best foods to eat around training and ones to avoid. You could be completely sabotaging your hard work in the gym by the food that your eating. Everyone i speak to considers themselves to eat healthy but not everyone is in the shape or fitness level they would like. This will be a space for any questions/concerns to be cleared up!
