New Moon Yoga and Sound Bath Dartford

I will be running a 90 minute yoga class on the evening of the New Moon in Sagittarius on Friday 7th December 2018 at my usual Friday evening venue of Becket Sports Centre. In addition to the usual hour spent on our yoga practice I will include an additional 30 minutes therapeutic “sound bath” relaxation using my Gong and my singing bowls at the end. The cost of this session will be 10 (7 standard class + 3 extra). If you have a class pass this session will simply cost an additional 3 on top of one class. Numbers will be limited (I will confirm maximum in due course). Places will need to be booked and paid for in advance due to limited space. If the session is not fully booked in advance then drop-in would be available. Namaste
